What we collect, and what we don't.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers the public website and its contact intake. It does not by itself govern data processed inside a client project, client portal, Managed Flow service, managed hosting arrangement, reseller platform, or custom system. Those activities may be covered by a separate client agreement, provider terms, data-processing terms, or service-specific privacy notice when appropriate.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, service or practice selection, and message you submit. Providing that information is voluntary, and you control what you send.

Request metadata and security data. Website infrastructure may process ordinary request metadata, including an IP address and other technical information needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the public website. We also use short-lived anti-abuse information to limit automated or excessive contact-form submissions. Service providers may maintain operational records according to their applicable policies and service terms.

No behavioral tracking. The public website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no behavioral tracking technologies as of the effective date above.

How we use information

We use contact information to review and respond to an inquiry, evaluate fit, communicate about a possible engagement, maintain ordinary business records, and protect against fraud or abuse. Technical request information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the public website.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, use it for behavioral advertising, or share public-site inquiry data for advertising. We use third-party providers for website hosting and supporting infrastructure, contact-form email delivery, and business communications. Current providers include:

• Deno Deploy and Deno KV — provide hosting and supporting infrastructure for the public website.
• Resend — delivers contact-form messages and confirmation email.
• Proton Mail — provides the business mailbox used to receive and retain correspondence.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their respective services and under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce rights, investigate abuse, or protect people, systems, or property.

Data retention

Anti-abuse information used by the public website is short-lived and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose. Inquiry correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain ordinary business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations, then deleted when it is no longer needed. Service providers may maintain their own operational records under their published retention practices and agreements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures intended to protect the public website and the information submitted through it. No transmission, storage system, or online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please do not submit passwords, credentials, source code, private customer data, or other sensitive technical information through the public contact form.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about the personal information associated with an inquiry, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we control by emailing [email protected]. We will evaluate requests in light of applicable law and legitimate needs such as security, legal obligations, and ordinary business recordkeeping. Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide additional rights.

Children's privacy

This public website is intended for business and organizational inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the contact form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, vendors, services, or privacy practices materially change. The effective date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
