Clearer. Stronger.
A better digital foundation.

Start with a website that does not exist, something digital that is not working, or a business process that wastes time. Beam & Bearing will define the smallest responsible way to improve it.

You do not need to know what technology to ask for. Predictable work can stay small and fixed-scope. Uncertain work is understood before it is quoted.

01

Foundation Fix

Understand what is wrong with the digital foundation you already have, then fix the parts worth fixing.

  • “Our website exists, but it is not doing its job.”
  • “Something is slow, broken, or difficult to change.”
  • “We do not know who owns or controls parts of our setup.”
See where to start

02

Foundation Launch

Establish a professional digital presence you actually own.

  • “We do not have a website.”
  • “Our Facebook page basically is our website.”
  • “Customers have trouble finding or contacting us.”
See where to start

03

Foundation Flow

Remove repetitive digital friction from the way your business operates.

  • “We enter the same information more than once.”
  • “Our systems do not talk to one another.”
  • “This process takes hours every week and should not.”
See where to start

These are problem conditions, not upsell tiers. If the useful answer is one small fix, that is where the engagement can stop.

Diagnose before promising the repair.

Existing setup / paid review

Digital Setup Review

$350

A focused review that stands on its own

The review asks whether the business's basic public digital foundation is healthy, controlled, and trustworthy enough for customers to find it, understand it, and complete its primary next step. The fixed surface includes one to three named public pages rather than an open-ended site crawl.

The findings package records Keep, Fix, Watch, Not Verified, and evidence-based Now / Soon / Later recommendations. The useful answer may be to make two changes, keep watching, or do nothing further.

Uncertain repair work is diagnosed before it is quoted. That keeps a small repair from quietly becoming open-ended archaeology in a codebase, vendor account, or platform Beam & Bearing did not build.

Five triage-level checks

Illustrative report excerpt / Example only

What the written findings make clear

This fictional excerpt demonstrates the report structure. It is not a client result, performance claim, or promise that every review will uncover work to do.

Keep
Domain and website control are documented. Evidence: current registrar and platform records.
Fix
The primary contact action fails during the representative mobile check. Priority: Now.
Watch
The measured page remains usable, but image weight is the clearest performance pressure. Priority: Soon.
Not Verified
No public profile could be confidently matched; its access or control state was not verified. The unknown stays explicit.
Evidence and timing
Published findings point to captured evidence and receive a Now, Soon, or Later recommendation.

The report is useful even when the responsible conclusion is: No further work may be needed.

Fixed review surface

  • 01

One business and one primary location

  • 02

One primary domain and public website

  • 03

One Google Business Profile, when one exists

  • 04

One to three named public pages

  • 05

One named ordinary customer action through its immediate completion or third-party handoff

Diagnose first

Optional depth, only when useful.

The base review is complete on its own. A module adds one named kind of diagnostic depth when the agreed question or observable conditions justify it.

No module is required to make the base review complete. Nothing is preselected, and a module does not include remediation or implementation.

  • $150 with review / $225 later

    Accessibility Snapshot

Targeted technical, visual, and keyboard spot checks on the agreed pages; not a complete WCAG evaluation, legal determination, certification, or remediation.

  • $125 with review / $175 later

    Privacy & Tracking Risk Snapshot

Browser-observable cookies, storage, tags, trackers, forms, and visible notices on the agreed pages; not legal advice, applicability research, policy drafting, or remediation.

  • $125 with review / $175 later

    Business Email Configuration Snapshot

Public DNS and published-address observations for one business email domain; no mailbox access, test mail, recovery, DNS changes, or deliverability remediation.

  • $125 with review / $195 later

    Analytics & Measurement Snapshot

Observable analytics and tag coverage around the agreed pages and customer action; not setup, attribution analysis, dashboards, complex debugging, or remediation.

  • $100 with review / $150 later

Website Backup, Portability & Recovery Snapshot

A bounded assessment of apparent portability, backup, and recovery posture; not creating backups, exports, restore tests, migrations, recovery, or continuity implementation.

  • $75 with review / $125 later

    Additional Website Page Pack

Website/mobile and performance snapshots for one to three additional named public pages; specialized diagnostic modules do not automatically extend to those pages.

Implementation is a separate engagement.

The services below assume the client has the required access and the vendor supports the requested path. If either assumption is false, the work returns to diagnosis before more money is spent.

These are predictable implementation and service units, not diagnostic modules or automatic next steps. A client may stop after the report, act internally, or use another provider.

Ownership & presence

Predictable setup work when the required accounts are accessible and the third-party path is standard.

  • $450

Domain & DNS Setup / Transfer

For domains you can already access: registration or transfer assistance, DNS configuration, and a plain-language record of what points where. Account recovery or disputed ownership is separately evaluated.

  • $550

    Business Email Foundation

Professional email on your domain with sender authentication and core DNS configured and verified. Mailbox migration and end-user device support are separately scoped.

  • $450

Google Business Profile Setup & Verification Assistance

Accurate categories, hours, service area, and business details, plus assistance through the standard verification path. Platform approval, reinstatement, and ownership disputes remain controlled by Google.

Supported connections

One defined connection to an existing supported platform, tested and handed over against a written boundary.

  • $750

    Online Ordering Connection

An existing supported ordering platform connected to your site and tested on phones and desktops. Vendor migration or custom ordering software is separate work.

  • $650

    Booking & Scheduling Connection

An existing supported appointment platform connected, tested, and handed over with clear notes for routine changes.

  • $750

    Giving & Events Connection

Supported online giving and event tools connected for churches, ministries, and nonprofits, with client-controlled accounts and documented handoff.

  • $750

    Hosted Payments & Checkout Connection

A supported hosted checkout or payment link connected to your site so card details stay with the payment provider. Custom card processing, stored payment data, and bespoke billing logic are not included.

  • $550

Form to Email or CRM Connection

Website enquiries routed reliably to the inbox or supported CRM where your team actually works, with field mapping and delivery verified.

  • $650

    Local Search Foundations

Core business details aligned across the site and supported local-search profiles. No ranking guarantee; this establishes a clean, consistent foundation rather than selling ongoing SEO management.

Foundation / LaunchFocused build

Starter Site

$1,500-$2,000

A focused responsive site with up to five core pages, contact flow, basic search structure, accessibility and performance fundamentals, and a clear ownership handoff.

Foundation / Launch + connectionFocused build

Starter + Integration

$2,500

The site foundation plus one defined supported connection, such as booking, ordering, giving, hosted checkout, or lead routing.

Optional / when content changes often

Client Content Editor

A lightweight CMS or structured editor can be included when the client regularly changes things such as services, staff, events, menus, articles, or other defined content.

A CMS is not added simply to add another login. Stable brochure sites can remain intentionally simple. When editing is useful, the goal is structured control over content without turning the page layout into something a routine edit can accidentally break.

Final scope is written before work begins. Additional pages, copywriting, branding, photography, migrations, new integrations, and changed requirements are evaluated separately. There is no silent scope expansion.

For Foundation Launch, ongoing third-party hosting and vendor fees are paid directly by the client unless a written managed-service agreement explicitly includes them.

Make the business process clearer before automating it.

A simple supported connection can remain fixed-scope. Once a workflow touches several systems, contains business rules, or needs exception handling, the first deliverable is definition, not code.

Paid definition / before custom automation

Workflow Definition

From $1,000

Turn “Melissa copies every lead from email into Excel and then texts the estimator” into a written system boundary that can be priced, tested, and handed over responsibly.

  • — Current condition and desired outcome
  • — Systems, owners, interfaces, and dependencies
  • — Business rules and exception paths
  • — Acceptance criteria that make done observable
  • — Explicit exclusions and client responsibilities
  • — Implementation recommendation and written quote

If an existing platform can solve the workflow cleanly, use it. If the remaining gap genuinely requires custom software, the work moves into Custom Systems with the definition already established.

Managed Flow

For businesses that want one accountable layer for lead handling, scheduling, follow-up, CRM workflow, or supported AI-assisted communication, Beam & Bearing can provide a managed workflow platform under an authorized reseller or managed-service model.

Managed Flow is not unlimited engineering and it is not a marketing agency retainer. The monthly agreement states platform access, included administration, usage charges, support boundary, portability, and exit terms before service begins.

Examples of managed capability

  • 01

    Lead capture and routing

  • 02

    CRM and opportunity stages

  • 03

    Scheduling and reminders

  • 04

    Customer follow-up workflows

  • 05

    Supported AI-assisted intake or communication

  • 06

Monitoring and vendor administration within the agreed service boundary

Your business assets remain yours.

Your domain, business data, content, and project-specific work remain your assets. Beam & Bearing may manage infrastructure or a reseller platform where that simplifies operation, but managed service does not mean hidden lock-in.

When Beam & Bearing supplies managed infrastructure, access, portability, support responsibility, data handling, and exit terms are documented before the recurring service starts.

Handoff and managed-service boundary

Domain
Registered to or contractually controlled by the client
Data
Client business data remains the client's asset
Content
Final site content and project-specific assets are transferable
Operation
Access, documentation, support boundary, and exit path are stated

What Beam & Bearing is not quietly becoming

  • — General managed IT support, device support, printers, Wi-Fi, and desktop troubleshooting
  • — Mailbox or end-user device migration unless separately scoped
  • — Marketing campaign management, advertising management, or ongoing social-media services
  • — Custom card processing, storage of payment credentials, or bespoke payment infrastructure
  • — Unlimited content changes, feature work, or support hidden inside a monthly platform fee

Anything beyond the written scope is quoted separately. The goal is recurring value where it makes sense, not a monthly fee that silently creates unlimited support obligations.

Start with what is getting in the way.

A website, one supported connection, a paid diagnosis, or a defined workflow can all be responsible first steps. The work only gets larger when the problem actually requires it.
